ScaleWave Technologies is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale high-throughput distributed systems. You will lead technical initiatives across cloud-native services supporting mission-critical operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain low-latency APIs and microservices in Go.
- Scale relational and distributed data storage systems under high concurrency.
- Define service contracts, system boundaries, and operational SLAs.
- Implement telemetry, automated monitoring, and incident response runbooks.
- Mentor engineers through architectural design reviews and code audits.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years building and scaling production backend services.
- Strong proficiency with Go, Rust, or modern Java/Kotlin.
- Demonstrated expertise with PostgreSQL optimization and indexing strategies.
- Production experience with distributed streaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Firm grasp of networking primitives, caching layers, and container runtimes.
