Nexus Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer to architect, scale, and optimize mission-critical distributed systems. You will lead technical initiatives, eliminate bottlenecks in high-throughput infrastructure, and ensure high availability across global deployments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices in Go and Python.
- Design, deploy, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Apache Kafka and PostgreSQL.
- Drive architectural decisions for cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Enforce code quality, comprehensive automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
- Diagnose complex production incidents and implement permanent structural fixes.
- Mentor mid-level engineers through technical design reviews and paired programming.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend systems.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python in production environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with relational databases, schema design, and query optimization.
- Solid experience with containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.
- Track record of designing fault-tolerant, high-concurrency distributed architectures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent industry experience.
