Nexus Distributed Systems is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and optimize mission-critical, low-latency microservices. In this role, you will architect core infrastructure supporting billions of API requests monthly, ensuring resilience, scalability, and airtight security across multi-region cloud deployments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend services and REST/gRPC APIs using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize system latency and database query performance for large-scale, concurrent workloads.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes cluster orchestration.
- Lead technical design reviews, code audits, and mentor mid-level engineering team members.
- Implement proactive monitoring, tracing, and automated alerting using Prometheus and Datadog.
- Partner with product and security teams to enforce zero-trust access controls and data protection standards.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience designing and maintaining distributed backend systems in Go, Rust, or Java.
- Deep understanding of relational database internals, data modeling, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated experience containerizing workloads and managing services in Kubernetes on AWS or GCP.
- Proficiency in message-driven architectures utilizing Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
- Strong background in systems architecture, concurrency primitives, and distributed transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
