ScaleGrid Dynamics is seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and optimize high-throughput distributed architectures powering mission-critical cloud services. You will partner directly with engineering leadership to deliver resilient systems serving millions of concurrent requests while establishing foundational backend standards across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and REST/gRPC APIs using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize high-volume data pipelines to meet strict sub-millisecond latency and high availability SLAs.
- Spearhead infrastructure-as-code initiatives and CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Conduct thorough design reviews, peer code reviews, and drive architectural consistency across squads.
- Diagnose complex production incidents, root-cause deep distributed systems bugs, and lead blameless post-mortems.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers to accelerate team velocity and engineering excellence.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience engineering backend systems in Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
- Demonstrated expertise designing distributed data models with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
- Production-grade experience deploying and operating workloads on AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Solid foundation in concurrency, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP/2, gRPC), and data structures.
- Proven track record optimizing query performance and diagnosing bottlenecks in production databases.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
