Nexus Core Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and scale our next-generation distributed data pipelines. You will lead critical technical initiatives, optimize low-latency data access, and collaborate across teams to ship resilient, high-throughput cloud infrastructure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain scalable distributed backend microservices handling high transaction volumes.
- Design resilient APIs and data storage layers using Go, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Optimize system observability, telemetry, and performance across multi-region AWS clusters.
- Implement zero-trust security practices and compliance controls across all service layers.
- Mentor mid-level engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and drive system design standards.
- Lead root-cause analyses and automate remediation workflows to ensure 99.99% service availability.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience deploying distributed systems to production.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust with strong knowledge of concurrency patterns.
- Demonstrated experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching layers (Redis).
- Hands-on operational experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Terraform on AWS or GCP.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
