Vanguard Infrastructure Labs is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to architect high-throughput distributed runtime environments and developer tooling.
You will establish core infrastructure standards, drive zero-downtime multi-region deployment strategies, and build resilient, self-serve internal developer platforms powering mission-critical cloud services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters handling petabyte-scale workloads.
- Implement automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and OpenTofu.
- Design resilient CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment frequency and reduce MTTR.
- Establish distributed tracing, metrics, and alerting frameworks with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.
- Collaborate with product and security engineering teams to enforce zero-trust network policies.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor senior engineering staff on infrastructure best practices.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of engineering experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Expertise in operating production Kubernetes clusters and container runtimes at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python for infrastructure automation tooling.
- Deep practical experience designing cloud architectures on AWS or GCP via Infrastructure as Code.
- Demonstrated background implementing service mesh architectures and distributed telemetry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
