Apex Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design, scale, and maintain mission-critical distributed systems. You will lead architecture initiatives, optimize core microservices for high-throughput transactional workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver resilient cloud-native solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement resilient, low-latency microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design scalable distributed data pipelines capable of processing millions of daily transactions.
- Lead database schema design, query optimization, and data modeling for mission-critical services.
- Drive engineering best practices including continuous integration, comprehensive automated testing, and observability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to deploy applications securely via Kubernetes on AWS.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design docs, and paired programming.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building high-scale distributed backend systems.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern Java with deep runtime performance understanding.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and caching layers (Redis).
- Solid operational knowledge of containerized deployments via Docker and Kubernetes on AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve complex production incidents under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
