Apex Distributed Labs is seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and scale our core high-throughput infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the development of distributed data processing pipelines that handle tens of millions of daily events with sub-millisecond latencies. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional product teams, drive engineering standards, and eliminate systemic bottlenecks across our cloud native stack.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain distributed microservices in Go and Rust targeting sub-millisecond latencies.
- Design resilient database schemas, read/write patterns, and cache strategies across PostgreSQL, Redis, and ClickHouse.
- Scale event-driven streaming architectures capable of processing millions of concurrent events via Apache Kafka.
- Define architectural best practices, enforce strict testing protocols, and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to diagnose bottlenecks and ensure 99.99% system availability.
- Establish automated CI/CD pipelines, telemetry monitors, and alerting rules on Kubernetes clusters.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience designing and deploying high-scale backend services in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Demonstrated mastery of distributed systems fundamentals, concurrency models, and consensus protocols.
- Deep hands-on experience optimizing relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational storage engines at scale.
- Proficiency operating event-streaming technologies including Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ.
- Working knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or GCP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
