Aether Dynamics is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain mission-critical distributed services powering real-time data streaming pipelines. In this role, you will own core platform architecture, drive technical strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, scalable infrastructure.
We prioritize low-latency execution, high test coverage, and pragmatism. You will have full ownership of service lifecycles from architecture design documents to production deployments and operational monitoring.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement low-latency microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design high-throughput event ingestion pipelines handling millions of daily events.
- Optimize database schemas, indexes, and queries to ensure sub-10ms response times.
- Maintain and scale infrastructure running on Kubernetes within AWS environments.
- Lead root-cause analysis investigations for production incidents and define preventive fixes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and system design guidance.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focusing on backend distributed systems.
- Demonstrated production expertise with Go, Rust, or modern Java.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes and AWS.
- Proven track record building and consuming gRPC and RESTful APIs at scale.
- Strong background in writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
