Apex Cloud Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and scale mission-critical cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will lead backend architectural decisions, optimize low-latency data pipelines, and drive system reliability across globally distributed microservices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design resilient distributed systems and asynchronous messaging architectures with Kafka.
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and caching strategies using Redis to ensure sub-millisecond response times.
- Drive container orchestration, deployment workflows, and CI/CD pipelines via Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Conduct code reviews, define backend best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in a blameless on-call incident rotation.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience designing and scaling distributed backend architectures.
- Demonstrated proficiency with backend languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL stores.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Solid grasp of system observability, distributed tracing, and metrics tooling (Prometheus, Datadog).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
