NexusCore Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer to architect, scale, and optimize our core distributed infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the development of mission-critical cloud services processing billions of daily transactions with sub-millisecond latencies.
You will collaborate closely with platform architects and product teams to design resilient systems, eliminate bottlenecks, and establish best practices for engineering excellence across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and maintain low-latency, highly available microservices in Go and Rust.
- Optimize high-throughput data pipelines using Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Design secure, developer-friendly gRPC and RESTful public APIs.
- Drive system reliability initiatives, observability standards, and automated chaos testing.
- Conduct rigorous architectural reviews and mentor mid-level engineering team members.
- Collaborate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD deployments on multi-region Kubernetes clusters.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in backend software engineering using Go, Rust, or Java.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems primitives, consistency models, and network protocols.
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining large-scale relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience orchestrating production container workloads on AWS via Kubernetes.
- Strong background in concurrency, performance profiling, and memory management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
