CloudScale Dynamics is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and optimize mission-critical distributed systems. You will lead technical initiatives directly driving low-latency data ingestion across our global edge network, setting the standard for engineering excellence and system scalability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput distributed microservices in Go.
- Design fault-tolerant event-driven pipelines using Apache Kafka and Redis.
- Drive database performance, indexing strategies, and schema migrations across PostgreSQL clusters.
- Partner with platform engineers to harden Kubernetes deployments and observability stacks.
- Diagnose complex production bottlenecks to minimize p99 latency regressions.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion strict code review standards.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focusing on backend infrastructure.
- Demonstrated expertise designing and scaling distributed systems in production.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Strong background in relational (PostgreSQL) and distributed storage systems.
- Hands-on experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Strong grasp of concurrency patterns, memory profiling, and Linux networking primitives.
