Apex Cloud Systems is seeking a high-impact Staff Platform Engineer to design and scale our next-generation distributed infrastructure. In this role, you will lead cross-functional architecture initiatives, optimize internal developer velocity, and maintain high availability across global cloud environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and operate multi-region Kubernetes clusters supporting critical microservices.
- Build internal developer platforms and self-service tooling to accelerate release cycles.
- Standardize infrastructure as code using Terraform across AWS and hybrid environments.
- Lead incident management, drive root cause analyses, and enhance observability stacks.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on distributed systems best practices.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce zero-trust network architectures and compliance controls.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, or backend distributed systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Go, Python, or Rust in production environments.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes, service meshes, and container runtimes.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, networking, and security primitives.
- Track record of implementing production observability systems via Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience driving technical roadmaps and architectural reviews across multiple engineering teams.
