Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend services and APIs using Go and Python.
- Architect distributed systems solutions for high availability, low latency, and horizontal scalability.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle: concept, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and observability.
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and message queue architectures (Kafka) for massive throughput.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices: code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and automated testing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, and Frontend teams to deliver cohesive product features.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and psychological safety.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (Tier 3) for critical production systems, driving incident response and root cause analysis.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional backend software development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Python (asyncio/FastAPI/Django).
- Deep understanding of Distributed Systems concepts: CAP theorem, consensus algorithms, service discovery, and circuit breaking.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Strong background in data modeling and performance tuning for SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, DynamoDB) databases.
- Proven experience designing and consuming gRPC/REST APIs and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
