Apex Infrastructure Labs is seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Systems Engineer to architect, build, and operate resilient distributed platforms handling tens of billions of requests daily. In this role, you will eliminate architectural bottlenecks, design low-latency RPC networks, and work directly with core engineering leadership to deliver bulletproof services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go and Rust.
- Optimize high-volume PostgreSQL and distributed cache layers for consistent low-latency retrieval.
- Drive database partitioning strategies, indexing improvements, and data lifecycle management.
- Design secure, developer-friendly gRPC and REST internal interfaces with automated contract testing.
- Implement comprehensive observability patterns covering tracing, structured logging, and critical telemetry.
- Lead root-cause post-mortems and directly address system vulnerabilities to prevent recurring failures.
- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and precise architectural blueprints.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years building and shipping high-throughput distributed backend services.
- Demonstrated production expertise in Go, Rust, or modern C++ in high-load environments.
- Deep understanding of transactional storage engines, lock contention, and PostgreSQL internals.
- Demonstrated history designing asynchronous messaging architectures using Apache Kafka or AWS SQS.
- Hands-on experience with Linux kernel primitives, system profiling tools (eBPF, pprof), and networking.
- Solid proficiency in Kubernetes deployments, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and AWS infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical field experience.
