Aether Scale is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the modernization of our globally distributed backend infrastructure. In this role, you will design core infrastructure patterns, manage multi-region cloud services, and eliminate systemic bottlenecks across high-throughput production environments.
We prioritize pragmatic, highly reliable systems over unvetted complexity. You will collaborate directly with engineering leadership to drive operational excellence, automate cloud security policies, and maintain ultra-high availability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and optimize fault-tolerant multi-region infrastructure on AWS.
- Standardize cloud resource provisioning using Terraform and GitOps automation.
- Maintain and scale enterprise Kubernetes clusters across production and staging environments.
- Build real-time observability and alerting systems using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Implement zero-trust security postures, automated patch pipelines, and IAM privilege reduction.
- Direct incident triage and publish blameless root-cause analysis documentation.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years designing and running distributed platform infrastructure in enterprise environments.
- Production mastery of AWS cloud networking, IAM policies, and container runtimes.
- Deep production experience with Kubernetes cluster operations and Helm chart architecture.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or shell scripting for automation and tooling development.
- Proven record implementing SLIs/SLOs and modern site-reliability engineering disciplines.
