Aether Cloud Systems is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, scale, and maintain our multi-region cloud platform. In this role, you will lead efforts to automate provisioning, enhance observability, and ensure high availability across global workloads. You will collaborate directly with core product engineering teams to eliminate operational bottlenecks and harden our security perimeter.
The ideal candidate brings deep systems-level knowledge of distributed architectures, infrastructure-as-code principles, and production container orchestration. If you excel at designing fault-tolerant systems and thrive in high-scale environments, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure utilizing Terraform.
- Manage enterprise Kubernetes clusters supporting high-throughput, low-latency APIs.
- Build and optimize continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Implement comprehensive telemetry, monitoring, and proactive alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Conduct architecture reviews to identify system vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and single points of failure.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and lead incident response and blameless post-mortem analyses.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing cloud environments on AWS or GCP.
- 3+ years operating containerized workloads at scale using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and systems engineering.
- Deep understanding of Linux fundamentals, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S), and cloud security controls.
- Proven track record architecting zero-downtime migrations and robust disaster recovery solutions.
