Apex Distributed Systems is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to architect, automate, and scale our core high-throughput platforms. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our multi-region Kubernetes clusters, enforce zero-trust security postures, and eliminate operational bottlenecks through robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
We prioritize boring, resilient architecture over unnecessary complexity. You will collaborate directly with product engineering teams to ensure low-latency delivery, 99.99% system availability, and transparent observability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain multi-region cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP using Terraform.
- Scale and manage mission-critical Kubernetes clusters handling millions of requests per day.
- Implement end-to-end CI/CD delivery pipelines to reduce deployment failure rates and lead times.
- Drive incident management, post-mortem root-cause analyses, and automated remediation workflows.
- Enforce least-privilege access controls, secret rotation, and automated vulnerability scanning.
- Establish distributed tracing, metrics aggregation, and actionable alerting via Prometheus and Grafana.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing production infrastructure at scale.
- Deep expertise with modern container orchestration via Kubernetes and service mesh tooling.
- Advanced proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Strong background in systems programming or automation scripting using Go or Python.
- Demonstrated knowledge of distributed networking, VPC routing, DNS, and TLS termination.
- Proven record designing fault-tolerant architectures with clear disaster recovery strategies.
