Apex Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, scale, and maintain our multi-region distributed cloud platform. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our core Kubernetes runtime environments, enforce zero-trust security postures, and build automated deployment pipelines that support millions of daily active transactions.
You will collaborate closely with product engineering teams to eliminate architectural bottlenecks, implement rigorous observability standards, and ensure 99.99% platform availability across AWS and GCP environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters across production environments.
- Build and manage declarative Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Atlantis.
- Design resilient CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery with automated canary deployments.
- Implement comprehensive observability, telemetry, and alerting stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Drive incident post-mortems, root cause analysis, and preventative platform engineering initiatives.
- Define zero-trust network architectures, IAM policies, and automated compliance controls.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated expertise with Kubernetes lifecycle management, service meshes, and container runtimes.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tooling, specifically Terraform or OpenTofu at enterprise scale.
- Strong programming capability in Go or Python for automation and custom tooling.
- Practical knowledge of distributed systems, Linux kernel fundamentals, and TCP/IP networking.
- Proven track record operating high-availability, mission-critical systems with strict SLA requirements.
