NexaScale Systems is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our core cloud infrastructure and internal developer platform. In this role, you will architect resilient multi-region environments, optimize developer velocity, and maintain high availability across globally distributed distributed systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS infrastructure.
- Develop internal developer tooling and self-service CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
- Codify cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring high consistency and zero drift.
- Partner with product security teams to implement automated vulnerability scanning and RBAC policies.
- Establish observability standards across metrics, logs, and traces using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to diagnose, resolve, and conduct post-mortems for production incidents.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing cloud-native infrastructure at scale.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes container orchestration, service mesh, and Helm charts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, specifically Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python for automation and tooling development.
- Proven background troubleshooting Linux networking, kernel parameters, and system calls.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance frameworks and automated cloud security baselines.
