Apex Cloud Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, scale, and optimize our distributed hybrid-cloud environments. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our core container orchestration platforms and drive mission-critical infrastructure automation across global deployments.
We prioritize fault-tolerant system architecture, high-efficiency compute resource allocation, and zero-trust security postures. You will work alongside engineering leadership to build performant, self-healing backends that process millions of daily transactions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain multi-region infrastructure using AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, zero-downtime integration and deployment workflows.
- Implement proactive site reliability monitoring, distributed tracing, and centralized logging via Datadog and Prometheus.
- Harden cloud networks, IAM roles, and secret management layers according to SOC 2 compliance standards.
- Profile system performance bottlenecks and optimize compute resources to balance cost efficiency and high availability.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations during operational incidents and execute corrective mitigations.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing large-scale Linux-based cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Proven track record architecting and maintaining production Kubernetes clusters at scale.
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, specifically Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Proficiency in at least one systems programming or scripting language, such as Go, Python, or Bash.
- Extensive knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPC peering, and reverse proxies.
- Demonstrated experience configuring automated CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
