Nexus Scale Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to architect, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will tackle complex concurrency, distributed state, and data consistency challenges across global clusters processing billions of daily events.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain mission-critical distributed storage and stream-processing pipelines.
- Optimize network protocol usage, serialization, and disk I/O paths to minimize p99 latencies.
- Participate in structured on-call rotations and lead root-cause analysis post-mortems for production incidents.
- Write clean, idiomatic, and highly maintainable Go and Rust backend services.
- Mentor intermediate engineers through rigorous design documentation reviews and pair programming.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and observability pipelines using distributed tracing and metrics.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience operating large-scale distributed backends.
- Proficiency in systems programming with Go, Rust, or C++.
- Deep understanding of consensus algorithms (Raft, Paxos), network protocols (TCP, gRPC, HTTP/2), and data structures.
- Demonstrated experience tuning Linux kernel parameters, memory allocators, and asynchronous runtimes.
- Proven background with distributed messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, Pulsar, or NATS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
