Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, multi-region AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) focusing on autoscaling, network policies, and cost optimization (Karpenter/Cluster Autoscaler).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / ArgoCD) implementing progressive delivery (Canary/Blue-Green) and automated security gates.
- Develop internal platform tooling and CLIs (Go/Python) to enhance developer self-service capabilities and reduce cognitive load.
- Establish and enforce observability standards (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) for latency, throughput, and error rates.
- Lead Incident Response for SEV-1/SEV-2 outages; conduct blameless postmortems and drive preventive action items.
- Collaborate with Security Engineering to implement Zero Trust networking, secrets management (Vault), and compliance controls (SOC2).
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for DevOps best practices across product development teams.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of professional software or infrastructure engineering experience; 4+ years dedicated to DevOps/SRE/Platform roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with AWS (VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform modules, testing with Terratest).
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) internals: CNI plugins, Operators, Helm/Kustomize, and admission controllers.
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python (preferred) and Bash; ability to write clean, tested, and documented automation code.
- Proven track record designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, mTLS), and distributed systems concepts.
- Experience with Observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo) and implementing SLO/SLI frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
