Apex Cloud Solutions is seeking a visionary Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and scale the infrastructure powering our next-generation AI platform. You will be the bridge between development and operations, owning the CI/CD lifecycle, cloud architecture, and developer experience for a high-velocity engineering team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) to enable safe, frequent deployments across microservices.
- Evolve our Kubernetes (EKS) strategy: cluster upgrades, operator development, cost optimization (Karpenter), and multi-tenancy.
- Build and maintain observability stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) for SLI/SLO alerting and distributed tracing.
- Champion GitOps workflows and developer self-service platforms (Backstage) to accelerate feature velocity.
- Lead incident response for SEV-1/2 outages, conduct blameless postmortems, and drive preventive action items.
- Collaborate with software engineers on system design, capacity planning, and performance tuning for latency-sensitive services.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish DevOps best practices, security hardening (DevSecOps), and compliance standards (SOC2).
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with AWS (VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform required).
- Deep production experience orchestrating Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS) at scale, including CNI/CSI plugins and Helm/Kustomize.
- Strong scripting/coding skills in Go, Python, or Bash; ability to write operators or CLI tools.
- Proven track record designing CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD/Flux).
- Solid grasp of Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Service Mesh - Istio/Linkerd), and security hardening.
- Experience with observability stacks: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or ELK.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
