We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our elite Platform Engineering team in the heart of San Francisco. You will be the driving force behind our migration to a fully GitOps-driven, multi-cloud ecosystem, wielding tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and ArgoCD to build self-service platforms that empower our product teams to ship with velocity and confidence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, multi-region Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt).
- Architect and enforce GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Flux, enabling progressive delivery and automated rollback capabilities.
- Build and maintain a self-service Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Backstage or similar frameworks to abstract infrastructure complexity.
- Establish and evolve SLO/SLI frameworks; implement advanced observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry).
- Harden cloud security posture (AWS/GCP) implementing Zero Trust networking, IAM least-privilege, and compliance automation (SOC2, GDPR).
- Lead incident response for critical SEV-1/SEV-2 outages, conducting blameless postmortems and driving preventive action items.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct architectural reviews, and champion DevOps best practices across the engineering organization.
- Optimize cloud spend through FinOps practices, rightsizing compute, and negotiating enterprise agreements.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of professional software/systems engineering experience, with 4+ years dedicated to Platform/DevOps/SRE roles at scale.
- Expert-level proficiency with Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD preferred), including operators, CRDs, and control plane management.
- Deep mastery of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu); experience building reusable, versioned modules for multi-cloud environments.
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python (for tooling/operators) and advanced Bash scripting.
- Proven track record designing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo Workflows) for microservices architectures.
- Extensive experience with Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd), Network Policies, and mTLS implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
