We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, build, and scale our multi-cloud platform serving millions of requests per second. You will own the full lifecycle of our deployment pipelines, observability stack, and infrastructure-as-code strategy, working alongside a world-class engineering team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Terraform, and GitHub Actions to enable safe, daily deployments to production.
- Architect and manage Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) clusters, including cluster upgrades, node lifecycle management, and custom operator development.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Observability strategy (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo) covering metrics, logs, traces, and SLO-based alerting.
- Lead Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps) initiatives: rightsizing, spot instance automation, and commitment management to reduce waste by 20%+ YoY.
- Develop Internal Developer Platform (IDP) tooling (Backstage, custom CLI) to provide self-service infrastructure capabilities to product teams.
- Define and enforce Security & Compliance posture (SOC2, HIPAA) via Policy-as-Code (OPA/Gatekeeper) and automated scanning in the supply chain.
- Participate in a sustainable on-call rotation (Tier 3 escalation) and drive incident response process improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architectural reviews for new microservice onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD certified preferred) and container runtimes in production environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu) - modules, state management, and multi-account architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Go (preferred) or Python for building controllers, operators, and automation tooling.
- Proven track record designing CI/CD systems for microservices (ArgoCD, Flux, Jenkins X, or GitLab CI).
- Extensive experience with major cloud providers (AWS required, GCP highly desired) networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Service Mesh).
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing), and distributed systems concepts.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
