Apex Infrastructure Labs is seeking a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to scale our core low-latency streaming platform. You will design, implement, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure processing billions of daily events.
We value pragmatic engineering, high system reliability, and lean technical implementations over unnecessary architectural complexity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and operate fault-tolerant distributed services in Go.
- Profile and optimize high-throughput data pipelines to maintain sub-10ms response times.
- Manage and evolve database persistence layers across PostgreSQL and Redis clusters.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code automation using Terraform and Kubernetes on AWS.
- Establish service observability standards via Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations to maintain strict 99.99% availability SLAs.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience with compiled backend languages (Go, Rust, or C++).
- Demonstrated experience architecting and operating distributed consensus systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and gRPC communication.
- Extensive operational experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning and query planning.
- Hands-on background managing containerized services in production Kubernetes environments.
- BS in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
