Nexus Cloud Labs is seeking a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to architect our next-generation distributed execution engine. In this role, you will build fault-tolerant backend infrastructure capable of handling millions of global operations per second with single-digit millisecond latency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain low-latency distributed storage and compute engines using Go and Rust.
- Lead technical design reviews and establish operational standards for critical microservices.
- Diagnose complex multi-node production failures spanning networking, OS internals, and storage engines.
- Automate resilience testing, fault injection, and end-to-end tracing across Kubernetes clusters.
- Optimize inter-service RPC communication protocols using gRPC and HTTP/3.
- Mentor engineering team members and champion production code quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience designing production-scale distributed systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Deep theoretical and practical understanding of consensus protocols such as Raft or Paxos.
- Extensive experience debugging Linux kernel networking, memory subsystems, and I/O performance.
- Demonstrated success operating high-availability services deployed across hybrid cloud environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
