Nexus Scale Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to design, scale, and optimize high-throughput cloud infrastructure. You will architect fault-tolerant systems handling millions of concurrent events while ensuring sub-millisecond latencies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain distributed storage and consensus protocols across multi-region environments.
- Optimize networking layers, serialization protocols, and runtime configurations for latency-sensitive services.
- Diagnose complex multi-threaded concurrency issues, memory leaks, and distributed deadlocks in production.
- Collaborate with platform reliability teams to automate chaos engineering tests and disaster recovery paths.
- Define architectural standards and mentor intermediate engineers through rigorous design reviews.
- Participate in a blameless on-call rotation supporting mission-critical data pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience engineering high-scale production systems in Go, Rust, or C++.
- Deep understanding of consensus algorithms (Raft, Paxos), distributed caching, and write-ahead logging patterns.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing Linux kernel networking parameters (eBPF, TCP/IP stack tuning).
- Hands-on operational experience with Apache Kafka, Cassandra, or custom RocksDB implementations.
- Strong background with cloud providers (AWS or GCP) and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent self-directed production engineering track record.
