Apex Data Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to design and scale our next-generation transactional data pipeline. In this role, you will build resilient, low-latency infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale streaming workloads across globally distributed clusters.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement high-throughput backend services using Go and Rust.
- Scale fault-tolerant distributed storage systems and consensus protocols across multi-region environments.
- Optimize real-time data pipelines processing millions of events per second via Apache Kafka.
- Diagnose complex performance and network bottlenecks across the Linux kernel and distributed nodes.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and implement automated recovery and observability tooling.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and mentor engineers across the infrastructure team.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed consensus protocols such as Raft or Paxos.
- Extensive experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and LSM-tree database internals.
- Strong background in Linux systems programming, concurrency, and network protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
