ScaleOps Systems is seeking an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to lead the design, evolution, and reliability of our global cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will define architectural standards, build developer tooling, and ensure high availability across multi-region Kubernetes clusters serving millions of requests daily.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure across AWS and GCP using Terraform.
- Build internal developer platforms and self-service tooling to accelerate engineering delivery pipelines.
- Drive incident response, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and define automated remediation workflows.
- Establish SLOs, SLIs, and observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Audit and enforce infrastructure security, zero-trust network access, and compliance standards.
- Mentor senior engineers on distributed systems design, fault tolerance, and capacity planning.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years managing production distributed systems at enterprise scale.
- Deep production experience with Kubernetes orchestration, Helm, and service mesh technologies.
- Proficiency in Go or Python for automating infrastructure, CLI tooling, and operators.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or OpenTofu).
- Demonstrated experience defining observability strategies with metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
- Solid understanding of Linux kernel internals, TCP/IP networking, and cloud security architectures.
