Nexus Scale Technologies is seeking an exceptional Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to design, scale, and optimize mission-critical cloud infrastructure. You will architect resilient distributed backends capable of processing billions of operations daily while maintaining ultra-low latency.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional platform teams to eliminate architectural bottlenecks, implement zero-downtime deployments, and raise the standard of engineering excellence across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and Rust.
- Lead the design of fault-tolerant distributed consensus layers and data streaming pipelines.
- Optimize high-volume storage infrastructure using distributed key-value stores and relational databases.
- Diagnose cross-cutting production failures and latency spikes across multi-region Kubernetes clusters.
- Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and drive architecture design reviews.
- Establish distributed tracing, metrics aggregation, and actionable telemetry standards.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience operating complex distributed backends at scale.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Rust, C++, or modern Java with concurrency primitives.
- Hands-on operational expertise with Apache Kafka, Raft/Paxos implementations, or distributed databases.
- Demonstrated mastery of Linux systems internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems theory.
- Strong track record building within cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration engines (Kubernetes).
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
