Nexus Scale Systems is hiring a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to scale our core data infrastructure. You will architect high-throughput, fault-tolerant backends processing hundreds of thousands of events per second.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and deploy fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable backend services in Go and Rust.
- Optimize high-throughput datastores and caching layers for sub-millisecond latencies.
- Lead root-cause analysis for complex production incidents across multi-region clusters.
- Design resilient gRPC APIs and asynchronous event-driven pipelines using Apache Kafka.
- Enforce infrastructure-as-code and automated observability standards via Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and conduct rigorous technical design reviews.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience engineering high-scale, concurrent distributed systems.
- Advanced production proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed consensus protocols like Raft or Paxos.
- Hands-on experience tuning high-volume relational and NoSQL datastores like PostgreSQL and Cassandra.
- Proven track record managing containerized workloads on Kubernetes in AWS or GCP.
- Strong background in network protocols, memory management, and Linux kernel internals.
