Apex Scale Technologies is hiring a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to architect, build, and operate foundational infrastructure handling tens of billions of daily requests. In this role, you will lead the core backend initiatives that support mission-critical real-time ingestion pipelines and resilient data stores.
We prioritize pragmatism, low-latency execution, and zero-downtime deployments. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional platform teams to design horizontally scalable systems that solve complex throughput bottlenecks.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement low-latency microservices using Go and Rust for high-throughput streaming workloads.
- Design fault-tolerant data pipelines capable of handling sustained throughput of 500k+ RPS.
- Optimize production PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka clusters to ensure 99.999% availability.
- Establish distributed tracing, structured logging, and automated alerting across hybrid-cloud infrastructures.
- Lead engineering design reviews, establish architectural standards, and mentor mid-level software engineers.
- Diagnose complex distributed state issues, race conditions, and network anomalies across production clusters.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of production software engineering experience in Go, Rust, or C++.
- Proven track record architecting distributed architectures and resilient backend microservices.
- Deep working knowledge of concurrent programming, network protocols (gRPC, HTTP/2, TCP), and Linux internals.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing high-volume relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Redis, Cassandra) data layers.
- Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka, AWS cloud networking, and container orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical industry experience.
