Nexus Cloud Systems is seeking a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to scale our next-generation cloud runtime. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain high-throughput, fault-tolerant infrastructure handling millions of concurrent requests. You will collaborate with cross-functional platform teams to ensure low-latency performance and high system availability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement low-latency backend services using Go and Rust.
- Optimize high-throughput data pipelines processing terabytes of data daily.
- Drive fault tolerance, automated recovery, and global state consistency improvements.
- Instrument comprehensive telemetry, metrics, and distributed tracing.
- Conduct architecture reviews and enforce engineering best practices across the team.
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across Linux kernel and networking layers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience building distributed systems in production.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++ with strong concurrency fundamentals.
- Demonstrated experience with distributed consensus algorithms such as Raft or Paxos.
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, eBPF, TCP/IP networking, and storage engines.
- Experience managing workloads on Kubernetes in production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
