Apex Infrastructure Labs is seeking an exceptional Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to architect and scale mission-critical platform infrastructure handling millions of concurrent requests. You will design fault-tolerant backend primitives, eliminate bottlenecks, and push operational reliability to five nines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and Rust.
- Design consensus algorithms, cache invalidation schemes, and state synchronization primitives across multi-region deployments.
- Profile production workloads to eliminate CPU, memory, and I/O bottlenecks.
- Partner with platform and SRE teams to automate canary deployments, failover topologies, and continuous verification.
- Establish engineering standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor mid-level engineers.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to diagnose and resolve production incidents with actionable post-mortems.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, C++, or modern Java with deep runtime understanding.
- Hands-on expertise with distributed datastores (CockroachDB, Cassandra), message brokers (Kafka), and gRPC.
- Deep working knowledge of Linux internals, network stacks (TCP/UDP, HTTP/2, QUIC), and storage subsystems.
- Demonstrated experience debugging production deadlocks, memory leaks, and distributed race conditions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
