Nexus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to scale our core data backbone. In this role, you will architect fault-tolerant, high-throughput microservices handling billions of daily events. You will partner with cross-functional platform teams to optimize low-latency RPC networks and automate cloud-native infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical distributed data storage and pipeline engines.
- Eliminate operational bottlenecks by profiling and tuning high-throughput Go and Rust services.
- Define architectural standards for cross-datacenter consistency and partition tolerance.
- Build automated observability platforms covering OpenTelemetry tracing, metrics, and alerting.
- Mentor intermediate engineers through code reviews, design docs, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in a blameless, secondary on-call rotation for platform-tier outages.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience operating large-scale distributed backends.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++ in Linux runtime environments.
- Hands-on operational expertise with Apache Kafka, Raft/Paxos protocols, or distributed key-value stores.
- Strong background in relational and non-relational database internals and storage engines.
- Demonstrated experience designing idempotent APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
