CloudScale Analytics is hiring a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to scale our core data processing engine. You will design, build, and optimize fault-tolerant services processing millions of events per second. This role balances deep systems programming with high-level architectural ownership.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain low-latency, high-throughput distributed streaming engines.
- Profile, debug, and eliminate performance bottlenecks across storage and network layers.
- Design resilient failure-recovery mechanisms and consensus implementations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deploy and operate multi-region clusters.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead architectural design reviews.
- Participate in an on-call escalation rotation for mission-critical core services.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building distributed systems in Go, Rust, or C++.
- Proven understanding of consensus protocols (Raft, Paxos) and distributed transactions.
- Strong background in Linux internals, memory management, and network I/O optimization.
- Production experience with message brokers and stream processors (Kafka, Pulsar, Flink).
- Demonstrated ability to debug complex multi-threaded concurrency issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
