Veloce Cloud Systems is seeking a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to design, scale, and optimize core infrastructure powering high-throughput transactional pipelines. You will lead architectural initiatives to enhance fault tolerance, minimize latency, and drive data-plane reliability across global deployments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain low-latency, fault-tolerant distributed storage and compute engines.
- Lead performance profiling, identifying systemic bottlenecks in network and memory I/O.
- Implement telemetry and observability standards across multi-region services.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and conduct comprehensive technical code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation to diagnose and resolve production incidents.
- Partner with product teams to define API specifications and operational SLOs.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience designing and operating distributed systems in production.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++ with deep knowledge of memory management.
- Demonstrated experience with high-throughput messaging fabrics (Kafka, Pulsar).
- Strong understanding of consensus algorithms (Raft, Paxos) and CAP theorem tradeoffs.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux kernel internals, and eBPF tracing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
