Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and scale fault-tolerant distributed storage and compute engines using Go and Rust.
- Optimize network throughput and eliminate latency bottlenecks across multi-region Kubernetes clusters.
- Design resilient microservices communicating over high-performance gRPC and Kafka pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and reliability engineering teams to establish platform availability and SLO targets.
- Conduct deep-dive root-cause analyses on production incidents to implement long-term structural fixes.
- Mentor engineering peers via paired programming, architectural design reviews, and engineering RFCs.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience deploying high-concurrency systems in Go, Rust, or C++.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, consensus algorithms (Raft/Paxos), and replication models.
- Proven record optimizing production Linux environments, kernel networking parameters, and memory usage.
- Production experience operating orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes and cloud backends on AWS or GCP.
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithmic complexity, and asynchronous communication patterns.
- BS, MS, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related fields.
