Tanggung Jawab
- Design, train, and optimize large-scale deep learning models (LLMs, Vision, Multimodal).
- Build and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with research scientists to prototype and productionize novel architectures.
- Implement distributed training strategies across multi-node GPU clusters.
- Establish rigorous model monitoring, drift detection, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for ML development.
- Optimize inference latency and cost for high-throughput serving environments.
- Stay current with SOTA literature and evaluate applicability to product roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of industry experience building and deploying ML models at scale.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, diffusion models, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven experience with distributed training (FSDP, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ML managed services (SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Publications at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR) or significant open-source contributions preferred.
