Apex Cloud Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to architect and scale the infrastructure powering our next-generation AI platform. We are a Series B startup backed by top-tier VCs, solving complex data orchestration problems for Fortune 500 clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure on AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, IAM) using Terraform and Helm.
- Build and evolve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to enable self-service deployments, ephemeral environments, and golden paths for microservices.
- Champion GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Kustomize/Helm for progressive delivery and automated rollbacks.
- Establish and enforce SLOs/SLIs; implement comprehensive observability (metrics, logs, traces) using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo.
- Lead Incident Response for critical production issues; conduct blameless postmortems and drive preventive action items.
- Optimize cloud spend through rightsizing, spot instance strategies, and FinOps tooling (e.g., Kubecost, AWS Compute Optimizer).
- Mentor junior engineers; conduct architecture reviews and contribute to technical RFCs.
- Automate security compliance (SOC2, GDPR) checks into CI/CD pipelines using tools like OPA/Gatekeeper, Trivy, and Checkov.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS); CKA/CKS certification is a strong plus.
- Deep proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) — modules, state management, CI/CD integration.
- Strong programming skills in Go or Python (operators, controllers, CLI tools); Bash proficiency expected.
- Extensive experience designing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Argo Workflows) for microservices.
- Proven track record with Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd), Kafka, and distributed SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, eBPF), and security hardening.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
