Aether Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed systems and internal developer platform. In this role, you will architect resilient Kubernetes infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, and optimize runtime performance across hybrid multi-cloud environments.
We prioritize zero-downtime deployments, infrastructure-as-code purity, and high-leverage engineering enablement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain enterprise Kubernetes clusters across AWS and GCP environments.
- Build self-service internal developer tooling to accelerate daily deploy velocity.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform and OpenTofu modules.
- Optimize observability pipelines across distributed trace, metric, and log systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Enforce security controls, RBAC policies, and secret management standards via HashiCorp Vault.
- Participate in high-tier on-call incident triage and conduct post-incident blameless reviews.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Expertise with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, containerd).
- Production proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation tooling.
- Deep working knowledge of Linux kernel internals, networking primitives, and TCP/IP stack.
- Hands-on mastery of Terraform, CI/CD orchestration (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and Helm.
- Experience configuring and operating Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry at scale.
