CloudScale Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed infrastructure. You will architect resilient runtime platforms, automate cloud-native deployments, and improve high-throughput streaming systems operating at petabyte scale.
This role offers high autonomy, direct ownership of foundational architectures, and competitive equity packages.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency distributed platform services.
- Automate infrastructure lifecycle management across multi-region Kubernetes clusters.
- Optimize service meshes, load balancing, and network traffic routing for mission-critical APIs.
- Build internal developer platforms and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate engineering velocity.
- Establish distributed tracing, observability patterns, and reliability metrics across microservices.
- Participate in on-call escalations and lead incident root cause analysis sessions.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing distributed systems and infrastructure platforms.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems programming and tooling automation.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux kernel internals.
- Demonstrated experience designing high-availability deployments on AWS or GCP using Terraform.
- Strong background in zero-trust networking, mTLS, and service mesh topologies (Istio, Linkerd).
- Proven track record reducing system latencies and resolving high-concurrency bottlenecks.
