Apex Cloud Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Platform Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain our global developer platform. In this role, you will eliminate friction for over 200 software engineers by building resilient Kubernetes-native infrastructure, internal developer tooling, and automated delivery pipelines.
You will join an elite infrastructure engineering team operating at the intersection of systems architecture, security, and developer productivity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain enterprise-grade multi-region Kubernetes clusters across AWS and GCP.
- Design, build, and extend self-service internal developer platforms (IDP) using Go and Terraform.
- Implement automated zero-trust security controls, network policies, and vulnerability pipelines.
- Drive observability initiatives across distributed systems using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Partner with product engineering teams to diagnose complex distributed systems issues and reduce latency bottlenecks.
- Participate in a blameless on-call rotation and lead root-cause analysis post-mortems for major platform incidents.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience managing high-throughput cloud infrastructure in production environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency writing production-ready software in Go, Python, or Rust.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes, container runtimes, and Linux networking primitives.
- Extensive experience implementing Infrastructure as Code via Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi.
- Strong background designing CI/CD architectures (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
- Track record of establishing SLOs, SLIs, and comprehensive system telemetry architectures.
