Apex Distributed Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to scale our core cloud infrastructure. You will design, build, and maintain mission-critical internal developer platforms serving hundreds of engineers worldwide. This role demands deep expertise in distributed architectures, container orchestration, and automated infrastructure lifecycle management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS.
- Build internal developer tooling and self-service deployment pipelines using Go and Terraform.
- Optimize system reliability, observability, and cost efficiency across distributed clusters.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents and define operational runbooks.
- Establish engineering standards for CI/CD, secret management, and zero-trust security.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams on platform requirements.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience managing production-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Expertise in container orchestration and administration using Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Go or Python for automation and tooling development.
- Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Deep understanding of Linux networking, distributed systems protocols, and eBPF.
- Experience implementing telemetry stacks using Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
