ScaleGrid Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed infrastructure. In this role, you will build and maintain resilient, self-healing developer platforms supporting mission-critical, high-throughput cloud services.
You will collaborate with distributed product teams to eliminate deployment friction, standardize Infrastructure as Code, and drive observability best practices across multi-cloud environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters across AWS and GCP.
- Design automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- Implement declarative Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Build internal developer platforms to reduce onboarding friction and service cycle time.
- Establish enterprise observability frameworks via Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Participate in blameless post-mortems and a balanced on-call rotation to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience in platform engineering or site reliability engineering.
- Deep operational mastery of Kubernetes, container runtimes, and Linux networking.
- Proficiency in Go or Python for tooling and systems automation.
- Production experience managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform and GitOps patterns.
- Demonstrated expertise with distributed systems tracing, metrics, and log aggregation.
- Strong grasp of cloud security, IAM policies, and least-privilege architecture.
