Nexus Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to design, scale, and optimize our core cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our multi-region Kubernetes clusters, streamline deployment pipelines, and empower engineering teams with reliable internal developer platforms.
We prioritize automation, fault tolerance, and developer velocity. You will collaborate directly with security, architecture, and application teams to build resilient distributed systems that handle millions of operations daily.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain resilient, multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS.
- Develop and standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform.
- Optimize continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines for zero-downtime releases.
- Implement comprehensive observability, telemetry, and automated alerting across distributed services.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and lead high-severity incident reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion platform engineering best practices across teams.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Expertise with container orchestration using production-scale Kubernetes.
- Strong coding proficiency in Go, Python, or systems-level scripting.
- Demonstrated mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Deep understanding of Linux networking, TCP/IP, and microservices security models.
- Proven track record architecting high-availability platforms with strict SLA requirements.
