Synthex Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to scale our distributed infrastructure. You will architect, optimize, and secure cloud-native deployment pipelines serving millions of transactions daily.
We prioritize minimal abstraction, high reliability, and clear automation over bloated tooling. You will collaborate directly with product engineering to ensure sub-millisecond latencies, continuous delivery guarantees, and rock-solid platform resiliency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, manage, and harden distributed multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS.
- Design infrastructure-as-code patterns using Terraform to ensure deterministic, drift-free environments.
- Optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines to reduce build times and automate canary rollouts.
- Build observability, distributed tracing, and real-time alerting systems using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Implement zero-trust security postures across platform services, API gateways, and IAM boundaries.
- Partner with core application teams to diagnose performance bottlenecks and tune edge networking.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of hands-on platform or infrastructure engineering in a production cloud environment.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes, service meshes, and container runtimes.
- Production proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python for building systems tooling and operators.
- Proven track record architecting high-availability infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Expertise with Terraform, OpenTofu, or Pulumi in enterprise configurations.
- Solid understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed storage engines.
