Apex Cloud Systems is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to own and scale our core cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will architect developer platforms, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and maintain resilient multi-region production systems supporting millions of transactions daily.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and maintain multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters across AWS regions.
- Design self-service internal developer platforms (IDP) to accelerate engineering velocity.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to manage all cloud resources declaratively.
- Build robust telemetry, logging, and distributed tracing systems using Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
- Automate zero-downtime deployment pipelines using ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
- Partner with application teams to diagnose performance regressions and optimize distributed system bottlenecks.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and lead blameless post-mortem analyses for production incidents.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience managing production-grade infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Deep operational expertise with Kubernetes, container runtimes, and service mesh architectures.
- Proficiency in at least one modern systems programming language (Go, Python, or Rust).
- Hands-on mastery of Terraform or OpenTofu for automated infrastructure provisioning.
- Demonstrated experience establishing SLIs/SLOs and configuring alerts using modern observability stacks.
- Solid understanding of Linux networking, kernel internals, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
